We aim to be transparent and fair about refunds. The following policy applies to all engagements.
- Free consultations are fully refundable because no payment is required.
- Deposits paid for design services become non-refundable once design work begins.
- If a project is cancelled before work starts, refunds are issued up to 100% minus administrative fees.
- If cancellation occurs after design work begins, refunds are based on completed work and time invested.
- Custom materials, furniture, fixtures and special orders are non-refundable once purchased.
- Turnkey project payments already used for labor, procurement, and completed services are non-refundable.
- Approved designs are considered delivered services.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@tixorbit.com.
- Refund reviews are completed within 14 business days.
